Leaving our desks behind for a brief respite, we embarked on a journey to strengthen our bonds. The Yichu team traveled to Quanzhou, dedicating three days to a special rendezvous focused on team cohesion and personal growth. Immersing ourselves in the cultural heritage of a UNESCO World Heritage site—and enveloped by the charm of Southern Fujian throughout our return journey—we set aside our busy schedules to deepen our rapport through collaboration and forge a shared vision through open dialogue.
From moments of side-by-side teamwork to late-night conversations shared in a circle of friends; from the sparks of inspiration ignited by a clash of ideas to the resonance of shared conviction as we moved forward hand-in-hand—every scene was etched with the spirit of unity that defines the “People of Yichu.” This team-building retreat was not about seeking out bustling tourist attractions, but rather about tempering the team’s core strength—allowing trust to deepen through companionship and collective power to flourish through shared resonance.
Refreshed and ready to go, the Yichu team has returned to our posts, brimming with renewed passion and a heightened sense of unity. Moving forward, we pledge to work together even more closely and with even greater vigor as we embark on a new journey and build new heights of success together!
